On the morning of April 11,the 2022 ZhejiangSci-Tech Achievements Auction washeld in Jiande and Lishui. Enterprises participated in the auction via theofficial website of China Zhejiang Online Technology Market.

　　Two achievements from theSchool of Energy and Materials (SEM)—Precise PreparationTechnology of New Materials with Hierarchical Pores (by Prof. Wang Lijun andhis team) and Low-cost Production Technology of Graphene Nanosheets with HighThermal and Electrical Conductivity (by Prof. Yu Wei and his team) were purchasedby Zhejiang Xinhua Chemical Co., Ltd. and Hangzhou Jiayue Intelligent EquipmentCo., Ltd., respectively. The total transaction price of 3.9 million yuan showedthat the achievements were quite recognized by the market.

　　In recent years, with thesupport of the leading officials of SSPU, the School of Energy and Materialshas made great progress in developing disciplines by adhering to the principleof enabling scientific research and undertaking important tasks. Relying on thetwo important platforms including Shanghai Engineering Research Center ofAdvanced Thermal Functional Materials, and Shanghai Key Laboratory forApplication and Evaluation of Engineering Materials, the School has undertakenmore than 100 major projects of the National Natural Science Foundation, generalprograms, and key technology public relations projects of enterprises in thepast few years. It has formed characteristics and advantages in areas likeenergy conversion, energy storage, energy saving, new energy, and environmentalfunctional materials, contributing to the national carbon peak and carbonneutrality targets. It has also cultivated a large number of high-levelinnovative and engineering application talents by converting scientificresearch into teaching.
