XuHaiping, female, is a doctor and professor.As Director of the Office of Academic Research and Director of the DisciplineConstruction Office currently,Xumainly engages in the research on energy materials anddevices; she has rich work experience in enterprises and universities; sheengaged in the research on functional ceramic materials and devices, serving asan engineer in the Sensor Research Institute of Taiyuan Electronics Factory;she engaged in the study of preparation and characterization of nanomaterials,serving as an associate professor in the Department of Physics, School ofScience, Taiyuan University of Technology; she engaged in the research onpolymer based dielectric composites, serving as post doctor of School ofMaterials Science and Engineering of Beijing University of Chemical Technology;she engaged in the study of electrode materials with high energy density as avisiting scholar of the Materials Research Institute of Pennsylvania StateUniversity; she has presided over and completed a key basic research project ofScience and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality, two key basicresearch projects of Education Commission of Shanghai Municipality, one projectsupported by Shanghai Natural Science Foundation, one science popularizationproject in Shanghai, three projects of "Alliance Plans" of SPAT, onehorizontal project of technology development through university-enterprise cooperation.She has published more than 80 papers, over 40 of which have been included inSCI.
