In order to do a good job in that selection and selection of the 7th Shanghai university teach competition and the 2025 teaching competition of Shanghai second industrial university, On the afternoon of March 25, 2025, the Institute of Energy and Materials will hold a college-level selection contest in Conference Rooms 210 and 212 of Building 28 to enhance the IT-based teaching ability of young teachers and the ideological and political construction of the curriculum. The purpose of this competition is to select excellent athletes for the school-level Youth Education Competition, and to build a teaching exchange platform to promote the professional growth of young teachers.

According to the requirements of the college, all 19 qualified young teachers participated in the competition. The participating teachers focus on the frontier of disciplines and the requirements of undergraduate teaching, carefully design teaching sections, cover the main core courses of undergraduate teaching, fully incorporate information-based teaching methods, and demonstrate the modern education concept of student-centered. The competition focuses on the logic of teaching content, classroom interaction and the organic integration of ideological and political elements of the curriculum.

The Institute specially invited Mr. Zhang Xuelang of the School of Marxism to serve as the curriculum ideological and political guidance expert, and together with the backbone teachers of various disciplines, formed a 10-person judging panel to judge the winners. Key professional teachers attended the competition as observers. The selected winning teachers will participate in the subsequent finals at the school level on behalf of the Institute, and receive targeted intensive training, so as to demonstrate the teaching style of the Institute at a higher level.
