School of Energy and Materials of Shanghai Polytechnic University will organize the 2025 Shanghai Summer School—Green Development & Thermal Functional Materials Program from June 10 to 27, 2025. This summer school will introduce students to global perspectives on green development covering thermal functional materials, thermal management, new energy storage and conversion, energy saving and emission reduction, and sustainable discussion, in anefforttobroaden their horizons, strengthen mutual exchanges, promote diverse cooperation, and encourage innovative research.School of Energy and Materials, Shanghai Polytechnic University, is dedicated to serving the national strategy of “Dual Carbon” goals, focusing on scientific research in the fields of new energy and new materials. We have advanced experimental centers and testing platforms, whichcontribute to our progressive scientific research. We also have three Shanghai research platforms, and the related disciplines, enjoying a strong reputation in both academic and industrial circles domestically and internationally.

•Group1:

 Thermal interface materials;

•Group2:

Thermally conductive composite materials;

•Group3: 

Phase-change energy storage materials;

•Group4: 

Thermochromic materials.

(Applications will be reviewed within 3 business days, and admission results will be notified via email. Upon receiving the admission email, students can book airline ticket.)

Completion Certificate

Upon completing Shanghai Summer School and fulfilling the assessment criteria, students will receive a program completion certificate issued by Shanghai Polytechnic University on the authorization of Shanghai Municipal Education Commission.

Fees

The Shanghai Summer School shall provide meals, accommodation and transportation upon arrival in Shanghai, while the expenses for round-trip ticket shall be borne by oneself.
